- Attendees seeking a refund must request it by 4:00 PM on the day of the workshop.
- The refund request will be honored with 'no questions asked'; however, attendees are required to return the Workbook and any other materials received during the workshop.

- Requests for refunds submitted after 4:00 PM on the workshop day will not be considered eligible.
